Leaving the US market

Many of the crypto exchanges (e.g. Bittrex, Binance) are making abrupt decisions to leave the US market in the face of regulatory pressure.

This is leaving a number of crypto currencies and promised Initial Exchange Offerings (IEOs) jilted with few alternatives that offer the same liquidity.
